Students make a car from Lego powered by a littleBits circuit with a light sensor. They also make a comic from the process.
The goal of this little project is to understand the basics of littleBits circuits.

LESSON GUIDE

STEP 1 : Build the Lego car.

Build the car with some Lego Technic bricks.

STEP 2 : Build the circuit.

STEP 3 : Place the circuit in the car.

Build the circuit in to the Lego Car

STEP 4 : Test the car with the light sensor.

Switch the light sensor from light mode to dark mode and see what happened. Also test the sensivity of the sensor.

STEP 5 : Make a comic

Students make a comic from the construction process. The comic is made with the Book Creator app on an iPad.
